Changing Lives Through Comfort

The Lennox Feel The Love® program gives communities a chance to honour the people who quietly make a difference every day. These are the individuals who put others first, show up when needed, and give their time, care, and energy to those around them — often without asking for anything in return.

Through this program, deserving homeowners can be nominated to receive a brand-new Lennox heating or cooling system, with installation donated by participating dealers like Coral Home Comfort. For our team, this is about far more than equipment. It’s about restoring comfort, easing stress, and giving someone a reminder that their community sees them, values them, and wants to help.

A Day We’ll Never Forget

In 2025, the Coral Home Comfort team arrived at the Nugent family’s home on Springfield Road in Kelowna for what was supposed to be a Lennox Feel The Love installation.

But as the day unfolded, it quickly became something much more.

Our team installed a brand-new Lennox furnace, new air conditioner, and a new hot water heater for Mike Nugent and his family. As the work continued, it became clear the family needed more support than just a comfort system — so our crew rolled up their sleeves and got to work.

Truck after truck headed to the landfill — eight or nine loads in total — as the Coral team worked together to clean and organize the home and property. The yard was cleaned up, the home was refreshed, and what began as an HVAC installation turned into a full community effort.

By the end of the day, it wasn’t just about installing heating and cooling equipment. It was about people coming together to help a family and give them a fresh start. For Coral Home Comfort, it was a powerful reminder of what Lennox Feel The Love is really about: changing lives in our community through compassion, comfort, and action.

Installed for the Family

After the installation was complete, a fallen tree on the property still needed attention. Cody Tree Service stepped in and removed it free of charge — one more example of the kindness and teamwork that made the day so special.
