Coral Comfort Club
Preventative Maintenance for Your Heating & Cooling System
Your home comfort system works hard through Okanagan winters and summer heat. Like any mechanical equipment, it performs best when it is cleaned, inspected, and properly maintained on a regular schedule.
At Coral Home Comfort, we believe preventative maintenance is one of the best ways to protect your heating and cooling equipment. Routine service helps your system operate more safely, more efficiently, and more reliably throughout the year.
That’s why we created the Coral Comfort Club — a simple maintenance program designed to help homeowners stay ahead of breakdowns, reduce wear on their equipment, and enjoy greater peace of mind.
Why Preventative Maintenance Matters
Heating and cooling systems are made up of many moving and electrical components. Over time, dust buildup, normal wear, airflow issues, and small performance changes can turn into larger and more expensive problems if they are not caught early.
Regular professional maintenance can help:
- Maintain safe system operation
- Improve energy efficiency
- Extend equipment life
- Reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns
- Identify smaller issues before they become costly repairs
Comfort Club Member Benefits
Comfort Club members receive practical benefits that make maintaining their equipment easier and more convenient.
- Priority service scheduling
- No overtime charges for emergency service
- 10% discount on parts and repairs
- Regular system inspections and tune-ups
- Improved efficiency and lower operating costs
- Added peace of mind throughout the year
Our Current Comfort Club Program
Our current Comfort Club program is a 3-year preventative maintenance plan that includes 6 scheduled maintenance visits, typically alternating between your furnace and air conditioning system.
A typical schedule may look like this:
- Furnace maintenance
- Air conditioner maintenance
- Furnace maintenance
- Air conditioner maintenance
- Furnace maintenance
- Air conditioner maintenance
Some homeowners prefer to have both their furnace and air conditioner serviced during the same annual visit. That option can reduce the number of service trips and may offer some cost savings depending on the equipment in the home.
Our team is always happy to recommend the most convenient schedule for your home and equipment.
Additional Equipment Can Be Added
Many homes have more than one comfort appliance. Your Comfort Club membership can be expanded to include additional equipment such as:
- Fireplaces
- Humidifiers
- Additional furnaces
- Additional air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Ductless mini-split systems
- Hot water tanks
- Tankless water heaters
If you would like to add more equipment, we can provide a separate quote for those appliances and customize the plan to suit your home.
